Exhibit Hall Lounge - $80,000

• Receive fantastic exposure to attendees visiting the exhibit hall through support of the ultra cool Lounge. Designed to be a fun interactive meeting place for refreshments and relaxing, the Lounge is the focal point at the center of the exhibit hall floor for visiting attendees.

The Living Garden -  $15,000

• Watch the Living Garden amaze guests during the Welcome Reception.   Three amazing characters will stroll throughout the Exhibit Hall providing a unique experience for guests - and a great Photo Op.
• Vine to Vine - Delight in the graceful beauty of two stunning Vine Women. Watch as they entwine around each other creating elegant and intriguing tableaus before leaping away to merge with their environment and interact with guests.
• Rockman - Silently dwelling within a large amethyst geode, Rock man slowly frees himself. The Rock is powerfully revealed as the masculine element of The Living Garden.

Conference–at-a-Glance - $10,000

• An exclusive opportunity to have your logo on our larger than life Conference-at-Glance.

• Conference-at-a-Glance is located in the high traffic foyer area for all attendees to see and check the daily schedule of events

• Conference-at-a-Glance will be up Wednesday through Friday.

Relaxation Station - $18,000

• Receive positive exposure to attendees visiting the exhibit hall through support of the massage therapy station. Designed to reenergize conference attendees while they visit the exhibit floor, the relaxation station will be housed in the Convention Centre, thereby generating additional exposure to the sponsor. Conference registrants will receive a Relaxation Station ticket, to include the sponsor's logo, in their conference tote bags. Attendees will be accommodated on a first-come first-served basis.

Internet Cafe - $15,000  SOLD

• Designated computer stations in the Exhibit Hall with Hi-Speed and wireless internet access
• Posted signage at the Internet Cafe (One 2-color sign)
• Your logo as screensaver on all computers (screensaver or logo supplied by sponsor)

Ice Cream Cart - $15,000 SOLD

• Experienced staff will hand out a variety of premium ice cream and frozen yogurt bars at the Convention Centre

• Posted signage at ice cream station (One 2-color logo)

• Customized Napkins

Exclusive Lounge Area - $12,000   SOLD

• An exclusive lounge area in the Convention Centre to include comfortable seating, signage, brochure racks and a flat screen TV to show looping video message from sponsor. (Video to be provided by sponsor.) Lounge open throughout duration of Conference.

Espresso and Cappuccino Service - $12,000  SOLD

• 1,500 servings
• Experienced staff will serve up frothy cappuccinos and creamy lattes at the Convention Centre
