The CBRE World Conference Platinum Sponsor will be the premiere sponsor for the World Conference 2007. This opportunity is only available to one company and will be finalized once CBRE has received commitment and payment. The Platinum Sponsor will establish an ongoing relationship with CB Richard Ellis throughout the year (July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008), including an email campaign to promote the Platinum Sponsor to CBRE professionals. The following World Conference opportunities are available to the 2007 Platinum level sponsor:

• One complimentary exhibitor educational session (to be held prior to the Opening Session on Wednesday from 9:00am – 1:00 p.m.).
• One CD (provided by sponsor) included in the Welcome Kit highlighting the sponsor.
• A 30-second commercial to be aired during the General Session. (Sponsor to provide commercial)
• An exclusive lounge area to include signage, brochure racks and a flat screen TV to show looping video message from sponsor. (Video to be provided by sponsor)
• A private breakfast with Senior Level Managers from sponsoring company and CBRE Senior Management on Thursday morning during the Conference.
• A full page, 2-color ad in the Program of Events.
• Gobo with logo to be displayed in Conference Centre on main floor during entire Conference and in ballroom prior to concert.
• Pens to be distributed at breakouts will feature the Platinum Sponsor logo.
• Pads of paper for all breakouts will feature all sponsors’ logos.

• Promotional video message on in-house TV channel at conference hotels. (Sponsor is to supply video)
• Final Night Concert - Sponsor will receive recognition as the sponsor (in all printed materials and website) for the Final Night Concert.  Sponsor will introduce headline entertainment at beginning of Concert.
• Concert includes private meet and greet with entertainer for up to six representatives from the Platinum Sponsor’s company.
• Welcome Cocktail Reception – Sponsor will receive recognition as the sponsor (in all printed materials and website) for the Welcome Cocktail Reception.  Includes choice of one: paper cocktail napkins or plastic cups printed with company logo.

• Lanyards for attendee name badges, printed with Sponsor’s company name/logo and World Conference 2007 logo.
• Company logo displayed on front cover of Program of Events, distributed to all attendees.
• Monthly email communication to all CBRE Professionals communicating successes of the relationship with the Platinum Sponsor and other appropriate information from July 1, 2007 – June 30, 2008.
• One invitation for Senior Level Manager and spouse to attend the CBRE National Recognition Conference.  (Air not included)
• Introduction and acknowledgement at General Session.
• Logo placement on conference collateral, including name badges, and room key card for conference attendees staying at the conference hotels.
• Two distributions to CB Richard Ellis professionals. (Sponsor supplies collated materials)
• 10 complimentary registrations for WC 2007 and rooms for 2 nights at the Westin Harbour Castle.
• One complimentary Presidential two-bedroom hospitality suite for 3 nights at the Westin Harbour Castle. Capacity 25. (Food and beverage not included)
• 20’ x 30’ end display space in exhibit hall.  Preferred location and reasonable approval of neighbors.
• Access to all conference functions for registered attendees.

• Logo on front page of the conference website and virtual expo pages. Platinum Sponsor only will receive banner ad on conference website site (rotating, 468 x 60) from time of sponsorship payment to conclusion of show.

• Sponsor ribbons for entire booth staff.
• Reserved VIP tables at all events to include breakfasts, lunch, Welcome Expo Reception and Final Night Concert.
