Shared rooms are not available through Conference registration this year.

If you would like to share your room with another Conference attendee, one attendee should register for the Conference Only package and the other should register for Conference and Hotel package.  Roommate selection is handled solely by the attendees themselves and not Conference management.

Hotel Extensions

If you wish to extend your stay at the hotel for any dates not offered through this web site during the registration process you must call the hotel directly.  You will be responsible for any cancellation penalties should you cancel your extension reservation.

Balance Due Policy

To secure your requested hotel room reservation package, all fees must be paid in full by July 27th, 2007 by 5 PM Pacific Time.  After July 27th, 2007 - All Conference & Hotel Packages with a balance due will be changed to "Conference Only" and your room reservation will be automatically cancelled.   Please note, once your room reservation is cancelled you will then be responsible to secure your own Hotel accommodations.

Attendees with a balance due for the "Conference Only" package must pay amount due onsite to obtain their name badge and conference materials.

THE FOLLOWING FEES WILL APPLY FOR CANCELLATION:
On or before July 25 - 5 PM Pacific Time : Full Refund
July 26 - August 15 - 5 PM Pacific Time : Partial Refund less $100 cancellation fee
August 16 - August 31 - 5 PM Pacific Time : Partial Refund less $200 cancellation fee
On or after September 1 - 5 PM Pacific Time : Non-refundable

There will be no exceptions to this policy.
