Here are some of the things you can do to be more green during World Conference

  • Participate in the conference recycling program.
  • Walk or take public transportation to see the city.
  • Take full advantage of the hotel’s commitment to reuse linens, turn off lights, and participate in their recycling programs.
  • Pass on the daily paper unless you intend to read and recycle it.
  • Don’t order room service or take out to minimize the individual packaging.
  • Use the formal evaluation to tell organizers how well their greening practices were received and provide suggestions for future years.

The CB Richard Ellis World Conference 2007 will be located in the South Building of the MTCC. The MTCC is located in the heart of vibrant downtown Toronto, a thriving multicultural mosaic. We're within walking distance of the waterfront, fine shopping, restaurants and attractions. Plus, we're only a 20-minute drive from Pearson International Airport.

 

As of January 23, 2007, U.S. citizens and citizens of Canada, Mexico and Bermuda  traveling by air between the U.S. and Canada are now required to present a valid passport to enter (or re-enter) the U.S. 

Notice: Temporary Travel Flexibility for U.S. citizens traveling to Canada:

For U.S. citizens only, through September 30, 2007, due to longer-than-expected passport processing times in the United States, a U.S. government-issued photo identification (a proof of citizenship is recommended) and Department of State official proof of application for a U.S. passport will also be accepted for air travel between Canada and the United States.   You may also be asked to show your birth certificate as proof of citizenship.
